Vapes and heated tobacco are formally banned in Thailand. On the street it’s usually a request to put it away; the real risk is customs at the airport. Read the guide
Why don’t you have a shop I can visit?
Importing these products into Thailand is very difficult, so there’s no physical store or office. To protect your privacy and ours, we ship through local couriers such as Kerry Express, Flash Express and Grab.
Can I pay the courier in cash?
No. The courier isn’t our employee; they only deliver the package. You pay by bank transfer to a European or Thai account, or in crypto, after the manager confirms your order.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is free. Bangkok takes 1 day, Pattaya 2 days, Phuket 3 days, Koh Samui 4 days and most other places 2–4 days. In Bangkok you can also get it in about 2 hours by Grab express for an extra fee.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes. Send us the hotel name from Google Maps and the reception’s phone number. The box is plain, with no brand names on it, and reception keeps it for you.
Do HEETS work in IQOS ILUMA?
No. HEETS are discontinued, and ILUMA devices only take TEREA sticks. Tell us which HEETS you used to smoke, and we’ll suggest the closest TEREA flavor.
Can I return or exchange an order?
No, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. That’s why the manager confirms the product, flavor, price and address with you before anything is shipped.
